You get the work priced out line by line in writing, not one figure at the bottom of a page and no hidden extras. If a roof has to happen before the budget is ready, our financing runs 18 months deferred interest, with minimum monthly payments and the interest waived when the balance is paid in full inside that window.
GAF's longest warranties only stand if the system goes on the way GAF specifies it, which is what Master Elite® certification is about. Our commercial flat roofing crew holds separate factory training from Carlisle for TPO and EPDM single-ply systems.
The site gets swept before we leave it, including the grass and the flower beds. Qualifying GAF shingle systems carry 50-year transferable coverage, and the exact terms are confirmed in writing rather than described over the phone.

The company that measures your roof is the company that installs it. Our crews are trained to put GAF systems on to the manufacturer's specification, and the flat roofing crew carries its own factory training from Carlisle for commercial work.
Most of our work sits within a short drive of the water, which changes what we specify: hardware that will not corrode, leak barrier where wind drives rain uphill, and ventilation that copes with a humid summer.

It depends on the work and where you live. A full replacement usually needs one and a small repair often does not. Your village or town building department decides, and for a property in Queens it is the New York City Department of Buildings. The permit belongs to your property, so we tell you what your job needs and we build to what that permit requires.
On qualifying GAF shingle systems, 50 years and transferable, so it stays with the house if you sell. Aluminium standing seam metal carries a 50-year material warranty, GAF Liberty on a residential flat section carries 20 years of labour and material, gutters carry 10 years of workmanship and solar systems 25 years. Commercial flat roofs are covered by a manufacturer-backed warranty and we put those terms in writing with the estimate.
